About Are We There Yet
Road trips can be fun, but they can also be long. Are We There Yet is a simple app that I created for a family road trip, and contains over 20 interactive games that you can play while traveling in a car. Think games like the Grocery List Game, The Teacher's Dog, The Unfolding Story (my kids' favorite), License Plate Scramble, Bad News/Good News, and similar games. Because sometimes you just don't want to be glued to a phone screen.
How to Play
Open the navigation drawer to see a list of all the games that are available for you to play. You can either drag in from the left side of the screen, or press the arrow on the left-hand side of the toolbar to open the navigation drawer. Tap a game name to view instruction on how to play.
Availability
Are We There Yet was built with the Android SDK, Android Studio, and Adobe Photoshop. It's no longer available via Google Play unless you already have it installed on your phone.

Scope and application
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "Are We There Yet" ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by Nought Eight Labs. The Application is a collection of family-friendly games for travelers.
User-provided Information
The Application obtains the information you explicitly provide during use (e.g. game winners). No information is sent to Nought Eight Labs, and all information remains on your mobile device only. It is never transmitted nor shared with Nought Eight Labs or any third parties.
Location
This Application does not collect information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party Access to Information
In-application purchases connect you directly with Google Play, and all transactions are recorded between you and Google Play. None of your payment information is sent to Nought Eight Labs or any third parties. No other data of any kind is shared with third parties.
Automatically Collected Information
No data is collected automatically by the Application.
Disclosure of Information
Our policy is to only disclose data:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The application will retain User Provided data for only as long as you use the Application, and only directly on your mobile device. Nought Eight does not have access to this data. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at help@08labs.com. We will delete such information from our files.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via Application message. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
If Nought Eight Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via Application message and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
